How to Create Multiple QR Codes for Small Business Use
If you need to generate QR codes for a menu, a set of products, event check-in links, or any other list of values, doing them one at a time is tedious. The QR Batch Generator lets you create a whole list at once — paste your values, click generate, and download.
Common small business use cases
Restaurant menus
One QR code per table, each linking to the same menu URL or a table-specific page.
Event check-in
One QR code per ticket tier, session, or seat — linking to a registration or check-in page.
Product labels
One QR code per product SKU, linking to a product page, warranty form, or spec sheet.
WiFi access
QR codes for different network zones (staff, guest, office) — each encodes the WiFi credentials directly.
Input formats
The tool accepts one value per line. There are two formats:
Plain value
https://myrestaurant.com/menu https://myrestaurant.com/wine-list
The URL or text is used as both the QR content and the label shown underneath.
Label, value
Menu,https://myrestaurant.com/menu Wine list,https://myrestaurant.com/wine-list
A short label appears under the QR code in the preview and in the filename when you download.
Step-by-step
1
Prepare your list
Write or paste one URL or value per line. Use label, value format if you want custom captions.
2
Choose a size
Small is fine for digital use. Medium works for most print use. Large is best for anything A5 or bigger.
3
Click Generate
The backend generates a QR code for each line and returns them as a grid.
4
Download
Click Download under each QR code, or use Download all to get every PNG at once.
Tips for printing
- Use Large size if the QR code will be printed smaller than a credit card — small QR codes need higher pixel density to scan reliably
- Test every QR code with your phone before printing in bulk
- Keep URLs short — longer URLs create denser QR codes that are harder to scan at small sizes
- Add a short text label next to or below the QR code in your printed material so users know what they're scanning
